Good Afternoon HS Chorus Families,
We made it through the first week! I am already so excited for the 2017-2018 School year.
Due Dates:
9/5: Handbook agreement forms and online agreement are due, Charms should be completely updated.
9/12: Students in music Theory should have turned in money for their book if they desire to purchase.
9/30: All uniform fees and Choir fees are due

Sign up soon to get your spot for the BOA events. The sign up Genius can be found on our webpage: http://www.nwsachoralarts.com under high school student activities. Make sure if it is your first time working that you read the ENTIRE page and do the compliance documents before you arrive!
Fall Concert: Mark your calendar for our first concert of the year on October 17, 2017 at 7pm in the NEW AUDITORIUM! You can sign up to volunteer on charms.
Honors Ensembles: There will be a pre-honors chorus audition for interested students on Thursday, 9/7 at 8:15 in Ms. Madsen’s room. Any student who is interested in auditioning for NC Honors should come prepared to audition on the music that morning. I will select the top 10 singers to do the real audition on September 29, 2017 in Greensboro at UNCG.
Mars Hill auditions are on October 9, 2017 at NWSA if your student is in 11th or 12th grade and they are interested, let them know to sign up on the interest sheet.
CMS Honors: Please sign up on the interest sheet if you would like to be considered.
Donations: If you haven’t yet, please considering donating one or more of the following items to the chorus classroom: tissues, band-aids, paper towels, disinfecting wipes, expo markers, hand sanitizer.
