9/6/2019
Hello! I hope that this email finds you well. We have finished our second week of school and I think it has been a successful one! Everyone is doing a great job learning the ropes of a new year and new procedures. Each year I try to check in regularly to give reminders of what is going on for upcoming dates. I will list each thing in bold and then provide details below to helps you find the things YOU need to know.
Paperwork/Forms:
All forms were due today 9/6 for students. If you are in need of another copy of the signature page, please check in charms and send back as soon as possible.
Uniform forms and payment are due no later than October 1, 2019. Please make sure if your student needs to try on a uniform, they make arrangements to do that. Otherwise, send in measurements and we will determine which size they will need.
Disney 2020
I have uploaded the Disney Forms in Charms. Feel free to print and bring them if you are still interested in joining us. All deposits and forms are due no later than October 18, 2019. Please remember seats are first come first serve. Once we reach our max, we will create a waiting list. All payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for the ENTIRE cost of the trip once you have committed to the trip.
Bank of America Stadium
The stadium fundraiser is in FULL SWING! In order to fulfill your fundraising requirement, please make sure you sign up in a timely manner. If you need to do the training, everything is on charms in the folder that says BOA. For help, here is the link for the September dates: http://bit.ly/BOASEPT
Worlds Finest Chocolate Fundraiser
This fundraiser will begin on September 30th for families unable to participate in the BOA fundraiser. Each box will be $60 with a $30 profit. Each bar will sell for $1. Remember that the high school fundraiser commitment is $110. The profit will need to equal that amount.
Statements
Every family will begin receiving monthly chorus statements from charms, feel free to email with any questions regarding this but please understand that money turned in as cash or check does have a week holding time due to volunteers needing time to pick up and enter the money as it arrives. Bank of America shifts are reflected as they send checks to us. It takes up to a month for them to give us those checks, please have patience.
